Mr. Coggiola is the Chief Executive Officer of C3L Associates, a triple bottom line focused business, and a registered 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business.
C3L specializes in Process and Performance consulting, focusing on healthcare and agricultural solutions in emerging countries or Countries that require change for their people. Most recently programs have been agriculture solutions in Iraq, Romania, Angola and the United Arab Emirates.
Mr. Coggiola, a US Army Veteran, has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of areas and businesses including; technology, healthcare, sustainable farming, non-profits and government focused organizations.
Sherrye Coggiola
Owner, The Cantina @ Historic Biltmore Village
Sherrye Coggiola and her Husband Anthony own and operate The Cantina @ Historic Biltmore Village in Asheville, NC outside the gates of The Biltmore Estate.
Sherrye, an Asheville native, moved back to Asheville in 2007 to assist in the care of her father who was suffering from early onset Alzheimers.
The greatest help that she was able to provide was in the area of her father’s commercial real estate holdings, as she worked in this industry as well as television advertising for her entire career up to that point.
Alex Rohlwing
Disaster Recovery Specialist
Alex Rohlwing is a disaster recovery and conflict resolution professional whose work and academics focus on coordination between people and organizations in disaster response, gender in humanitarian aid and conflicts, and experiential education. He has worked domestically with the Alachua County Health Department’s Medical Reserve Corps and Health Department Emergency Planner in Florida, as well as internationally, supporting medical aid and development efforts in Haiti and Nicaragua.

Raymond Bechard is an Author, Producer and Human Rights Advocate. For over 25 years he has worked to provide justice, cooperation and equality to people across the globe. Bechard often advises organizations in their mission to bring hope and encouragement to the world.
Well known as an outspoken Provocateur, Bechard is credited with writing multiple pieces of successful legislation focusing on human trafficking, forcing Facebook to enact stronger child-safety measures and removing thousands of illicit pages of content from their website, “killing” a Tribune Media publication after it continued to run ads selling illegal “escort” services, and generally making people in power uncomfortable whenever he focuses his resources, writing and public speaking on them.

Elizabeth Porter is an economist specializing in teaching development, humanitarian assistance, and environmental and natural resource economics. She has over 17 years of professional field experience in international development, serving as a consultant on issues of market-based approaches to development, ethical commodity chains, and international humanitarian assistance. Having traveled to over 70 countries, her experience has been geographically diverse. She has worked throughout Latin America, as well as in Africa and Asia, where she has traveled extensively.
